Flying:

Cardiff Academy of Aviation is situated on the south side of Cardiff International Airport, just 5 minutes from the Lodge. Watersports:

The Glamorgan Heritage Coast is a recognised "surfer's paradise" with it's own surfing academy. Also in the vicinity, guests will find boating, scuba diving, jet skiing, fishing, canoeing, wind and kite surfing.

Cycling:

The Lodge is situated on the National Cycle route, which offers many way-marked routes through forests, high into the hills or through the rolling Welsh countryside.
